Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT)

Part-time, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Pay rate: $21–$29 per hour, based on experience. Earn a $250 new-hire bonus after completing 4 weeks of employment (paid with the first paycheck following the 4-week mark). Eligibility requires perfect attendance and no schedule changes during the first 2 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
• Attend supervision sessions, phone calls, and team meetings as needed
• Collect accurate data using our electronic system (training provided)
• Engage positively with clients and their families

Qualifications

• RBT Certification (Required)
• Minimum 8 months of ABA therapy experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professionalism under pressure
• Active listening and problem-solving skills
