Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT)

Part-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM and/or 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM.

Pay

$21–$29 per hour, based on experience. New hire bonus: earn a bonus after completing 4 weeks of employment. Bonus is paid out with the first paycheck following the 4-week mark. Eligibility requires perfect attendance during the first 2 weeks of work and no requested schedule changes during that period.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
• Attend supervision sessions, phone calls, and team meetings as needed
• Collect accurate data using our electronic system (training provided)
• Engage positively with clients and their families

Requirements

• RBT Certification (Required)
• Minimum 8 months of ABA therapy experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professionalism under pressure
• Active listening and problem-solving skills
