Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT)

About the role

Steady Strides ABA offers a part-time position from Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM. The new hire bonus is $500, paid out with the first paycheck following the 4-week mark.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
• Attend supervision sessions, phone calls, and team meetings as needed
• Collect accurate data using our electronic system (training provided)
• Engage positively with clients and their families

Qualifications

• RBT Certification
• Minimum 8 months of ABA therapy experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professionalism under pressure
• Active listening and problem-solving skills
