Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT)

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
• Attend supervision sessions, phone calls, and team meetings as needed
• Collect accurate data using our electronic system (training provided)
• Engage positively with clients and their families

Requirements

• RBT Certification (required)
• Minimum 8 months of ABA therapy experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Pay

• Pay rate: $21–$29 per hour, based on experience
• New hire bonus: earn a bonus after completing 4 weeks of employment
• Bonus paid out with the first paycheck following the 4‑week mark
• Bonus eligibility requires perfect attendance during the first 2 weeks of work and maintaining the assigned schedule with no changes requested

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM – 5:30 PM
• Part‑time employment
