Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT)

Part-time, 12–15 hours per week: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday, 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM.

Pay

$21–$29 per hour, based on experience. New-hire bonus: earn a bonus after completing 4 weeks of employment. The bonus is paid out with the first paycheck following the 4-week mark. Eligibility requires perfect attendance during the first 2 weeks of work and no requested schedule changes for the first 2 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
• Attend supervision sessions, phone calls, and team meetings as needed
• Collect accurate data using our electronic system (training provided)
• Engage positively with clients and their families

Qualifications

• RBT Certification (required)
• Minimum 8 months of ABA therapy experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professionalism under pressure
• Active listening and problem-solving skills
