About the role

ABA A Step At A Time Care (ASAT) is a parent‑founded, clinician‑led ABA company dedicated to transforming lives through evidence‑based practices. The organization fosters collaboration, personal growth, and client success, offering administrative support so providers can focus on clinical work.

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in‑home, in‑school, or in‑community.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect for clients.
• Abide by the BACB's code of ethics for Registered Behavior Technicians.
• Continue professional development.

Skills and Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Compensation

Pay range: $22 – $30 per hour.

Schedule

• Part‑Time Role #1: Monday to Friday 2:30 PM – 6:30 PM; weekends (Saturday 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM preferred or flexible).
• Part‑Time Role #2: Monday to Friday 3:00 PM – 7:30 PM; weekends (Saturday 10:00 AM – 4:15 PM and Sunday flexible).
• Part‑Time Role #3: Monday to Friday 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM; weekends if interested.
• Part‑Time Role #4: Monday and Wednesday 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM; Saturday and Sunday 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM.
