Job Summary
We're seeking dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technicians (BT) or Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our dynamic team! As an RBT, you'll work closely with our board-certified behavior analysts to implement individualized programs for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Implementing behavior intervention plans in a variety of settings, including home, school, and community locations
- Collecting and recording data on client progress and behavior
- Collaborating with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to develop and modify treatment plans
- Providing a supportive and engaging environment for clients to thrive
- Participating in training and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices
Requirements
- A High School Diploma or GED
- Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) or BCAT certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire)
- Ability to work with clients of varying ages and abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
