Registered Behavior Technician (Surprise, Peoria & Avondale)

About the role

Team 4 Kids Pediatric Therapy is a family-owned, locally-run pediatric therapy provider in Surprise, Peoria, and Avondale, Arizona. We offer services including Physical Therapy (PT), Occupational Therapy (OT), Speech Therapy (ST), Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), Feeding Therapy, lactation support, and Myo services. Currently, we are expanding to cover the needs of our newly added fifth location.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day treatment includes individual therapy sessions in clinic and at home.
• Participation in weekly department/company meetings and supervision meetings.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Picture copies of required documents.
• Ability to obtain an AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Bilingual skills are preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in ABA is not necessary but highly valued.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay

$41,600 to $50,000 per year, plus a $1000 hiring bonus for certified RBTs.
