About the Role

Seabright is partnering with an exceptional school district who is looking for a contract Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for the 2026‑2027 school year.

• Duration: ASAP – 06/11/2027
• Location: Wayne, PA (On‑Site)
• Grade/Age Levels: High School
• Hours: 35.00 per week
• Schedule: Full Time

Pay

Weekly Pay Range: $28.96 – $33.15 per hour on a local contract.

Qualifications

• 1 year of verifiable, professional experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) within the last 3 years (may include residency or clinical practicum)
• Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential/license or in process in the state of practice
• Legal authorization to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available)
