Responsibilities
- Teaching communication, play, social, and daily living skills
- Encouraging independence and confidence
- Following individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA
- Collecting data to monitor each child's progress
- Collaborating with families and your clinical team
- Creating a positive, engaging learning environment
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED
- Experience working with children is a plus, but not required
- Compassionate, dependable, and eager to learn
- Ability to pass a background check and obtain CPR certification
Qualifications
- Willingness to complete our company-sponsored training program for RBT certification

Pay
- $18/hour starting pay

Schedule
- One consistent day shift: Monday-Friday, 8:25 AM-4:30 PM
- No evenings, weekends, or rotating schedules
