Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Sign on Bonus

About the role

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 therapy sessions using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Collect data on every goal, every day
• Teach real-world, meaningful skills that last a lifetime
• Collaborate with experienced Program Supervisors and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Be the reason a kid says their first word or makes a new friend
• Enjoy working with kids and may have experience in childcare, tutoring, or therapy (a plus!)

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• A Bachelor's Degree OR a high school diploma or GED
• An active, unexpired Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Available for full-time hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday)
• Own reliable transportation
• Reliable, communicative, and eager to learn
• Playful, patient, and positive

Qualifications

• Experience in childcare, tutoring, or therapy is a plus!

• Strong observational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Patience and positivity

Pay

$24–$26/hour (based on experience, education, and credentials)

Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM availability required
