Registered Behavior Technician RBT- Part Time_Male preferred

About the role

Responsible for providing behavioral support services in a residential setting. Conduct assessments, develop and implement behavior plans, and monitor progress.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
• Monitor and document client progress
• Provide individualized support to clients
• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or related field
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Pass a background check and drug screening

Skills

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Effective communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
