About the role

Responsible for providing behavioral support services in a therapeutic setting. Conduct assessments, develop and implement behavior intervention plans, and monitor progress.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to identify behavioral needs
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
• Monitor and document client progress
• Collaborate with other professionals to provide comprehensive care
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or related field
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Pass a criminal background check
