About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Kathleen, Georgia. As an RBT, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design and implement individualized behavior plans, provide one-on-one behavioral support to clients, and maintain accurate records of client progress.

Responsibilities

  • Implement behavioral interventions and strategies to support clients with ASD
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and analyze data to inform treatment plans
  • Provide one-on-one behavioral support to clients in various settings, including homes, schools, and community environments
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans
  • Collaborate with BCBA and other team members to develop and implement client goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy

Requirements

  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or associate's degree preferred
  • Experience working with individuals with ASD or other developmental disabilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Availability for part-time schedule (negotiable)
