Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

About the role

If you want work that challenges you, changes lives, and builds a real career, this is it. For many of our roles you don’t need your RBT certification to apply. What matters most is that you love working with kids, you’re dependable, and you’re ready to show up. Some roles do require an active certification, but if you’re not certified yet, we’ll help you find your path to getting there. Alpaca Health is a multi-state network of independent ABA therapists, working in homes, schools, and daycares. We hire certified RBTs
