Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Home Full Day

Job Summary

Admire ABA is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism. We pride ourselves on fostering a supportive, collaborative environment that encourages professional growth and meaningful client outcomes.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Accurately collect and record data on client progress
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members to support client goals
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging therapy environment

Schedule

Home Based: Monday through Friday 9:00 AM till 3:00 PM.

Requirements

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college coursework preferred)
• Previous experience in ABA or working with children
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
