Registered Behavior Technician - RBT In-Home

About the role

In this role, you'll work 1:1 with children with autism and other developmental differences, implementing individualized therapy plans designed by a supervising BCBA. You'll track progress, celebrate breakthroughs (big and small), and keep families updated on how their child is doing. Sessions take place in clients' homes, so you'll need to feel confident working independently while staying connected with your clinical team. We'll teach you everything you need to know-even if you're new to ABA.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Absolutely must have ABA experience
• Comfortable traveling to clients' homes within your service area
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance
