About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Hawkinsville, Georgia. As an RBT, you will work closely with our licensed behavior analysts and other professionals to design and implement individualized treatment plans for our clients. Your expertise will help us deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy that makes a meaningful difference in the lives of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed behavior analysts in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
• Implement behavioral interventions and strategies in one-on-one or group settings
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for clients
• Collaborate with treatment team members to ensure seamless communication and implementation
• Conduct assessments and behavioral observations to inform treatment plans

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, education, or special education)
• Completion of a RBT training program
• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• Ability to work part-time (flexible scheduling available)
• Experience working with children with ASD or other developmental disabilities
