Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Experienced

Woven Care · Pueblo, CO · 1 wk ago
On-siteOTHR$21–$24/hrFull-time

About the role

You know the difference between a well-structured caseload and one that is just a number. At Woven Care, we are a pediatric outpatient practice dedicated to helping children and families thrive. We’ve built an environment for experienced RBTs that values your expertise and provides opportunities for growth.

Your day is structured around your clients—kids you know well, whose progress you actively track, and whose families trust you. You’ll run one-on-one sessions implementing individualized treatment plans, making real-time clinical decisions, and applying the depth of skill that comes from experience. This is not entry-level work; your expertise shows up in every session.

What sets Woven Care apart is the team around you. Your BCBA is not just a weekly check-in or a voice on the phone—they are present and available every day. This means real-time collaboration on programming, meaningful clinical conversations, and actionable feedback. You’ll also work alongside OT, PT, and SLP colleagues, offering a multidisciplinary perspective that most RBTs with your experience haven’t had access to.

Schedule

Our clinics are open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. You’ll receive 30 guaranteed hours per week within these hours, with no fluctuations due to client cancellations.

Benefits

  • Daily BCBA support—our BCBAs are in the building and available every day, creating an environment where you continue to grow clinically.
  • Guaranteed 30 hours per week, regardless of cancellations.
  • Clear paths for leadership and growth, including roles like Lead RBT, Mentor RBT, and QASP-S. If you want to mentor newer RBTs, we invest in that opportunity.
  • Support for BCBA pursuit, including up to $9,000 in tuition assistance and internship access at Woven Care.
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • 401(k) with company match after one year.
  • PTO that grows with your tenure, plus six paid holidays.

Pay

$21–$24/hour based on experience and certification, with a $500 sign-on bonus.
