Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Cypress, TX | Full-Time

Clinic-based position in Cypress, TX offering a small team environment with high access to supervision and a collaborative culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in a clinic setting
• Follow individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs
• Support skill development across communication, behavior, and daily living
• Collect and enter data using electronic tools
• Communicate closely with supervisors and teammates
• Complete documentation accurately and on time

Requirements

• Active RBT certification
• High school diploma or GED
• CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain)
• Reliable transportation

Skills

• ABA experience in a clinic setting (preferred)
• Familiarity with DTT, PECS, or PRT (preferred)
• Comfort using electronic data systems (preferred)

$19–$23 per hour
