About the role
Beyond Core Therapy is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join their team in Rogersville, MO.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
- Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Collect and document data on client progress.
- Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
- Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
Requirements
- Must have Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
- Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
- Completion of 40 Hour RBT Training Certificate.
- Valid CPR and First Aid certificate.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Pay
Pay Range: $20-28/hour
Schedule
Part-Time: 15 hours/week
Shifts: Monday-Friday 4:30pm -7:30pm
