About the role

This position is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role at Circle Care Services. We are seeking an individual who can provide behavioral support services to individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans as outlined in the individual's treatment plan.
• Provide direct support to individuals in their homes, schools, or community settings.
• Document all interactions and interventions in accordance with Circle Care Services policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to develop and implement support strategies.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) approved RBT training program.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
