Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking qualified, caring Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs) to provide the highest standard of care to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home
• Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA
• Data collection and session note submission
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors
• Participate regularly in staff meetings and trainings
• Must have a vehicle and valid driver’s license to commute between locations and be prompt to appointments
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder
• Effective communication in the English language, including verbal and written communication
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families
• Valid state identification card
• Reliable transportation
• Must pass a criminal background check
• RBT Certification (Required)

Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
• Up to 25% travel requirement
