About the role

Tiny humans. Big impact. One home at a time. Strive ABA Therapy is looking to hire Behavior Technicians (R/BTs) to provide home-based direct treatment to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Responsibilities

  • Implement specific treatment plans designed to address the child's needs for behavioral management, social, daily living, and community skills.
  • Work under the supervision of a BCBA clinician.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 months experience with children that have disabilities.
  • Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel up to one hour from your residence to provide services to clients, if applicable.
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Able to meet the physical demands of the job which may include periods of sitting and standing as needed.
