Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician (BT)

Job Description

We have immediate openings for Full-time positions (Monday - Friday 7:30am-6:30pm) and will assist you through the RBT certification process!

Responsibilities

• Facilitate 1:1, naturalistic therapy services within a clinic-based environment
• Track patient progress over time by collecting data and submitting clinical documentation
• Following behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as outlined by your BCBA Supervisor
• Communicate professionally and consistently with clinical management and families
• Aid patients with daily living skills such as feeding and toileting
• Adhere to patient confidentiality by following HIPAA guidelines
• Provide behavioral support within speech or occupational therapy sessions
• Obtain RBT Certification within your first 60 days of employment

• Starting Compensation: $18.00-$21.00 / hour

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age and have a completed High School Diploma or GED
