As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll play a vital role in our mission to celebrate the wins with families and support their child's growth. We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Kewa Pueblo, NM. As an RBT, you'll work one-on-one with children and adolescents, implementing behavioral interventions and strategies to promote positive behaviors, social skills, and emotional regulation.
Responsibilities
- Implementing individualized behavior plans and adaptations
- Collecting and recording data on client progress
- Communicating with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals
- Maintaining a safe and organized work environment
- Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (or pursuing)
- Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in ABA or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pay
Competitive Pay- $22-$30 an hour
