Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Yes ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Bethesda, MD, USA. As an integral part of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with our clinicians to provide evidence-based ABA programs for children with autism and other developmental disabilities.

About the Role

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will implement behavioral treatment plans, collect and record data, and provide support to families under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This part-time role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills, gain experience, and make a positive impact on the lives of children and families.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral treatment plans, including discrete trial training, natural environment training, and other ABA techniques
• Collect and record data on client progress, including behavioral and skill-building data
• Provide support to families, including coaching and training on behavioral strategies and techniques
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including BCBA, speech therapists, and occupational therapists
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and colleagues
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client sessions, progress, and treatment plans
