About the role
Responsible for providing behavioral support services to individuals with disabilities in various settings.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans based on individual needs
- Monitor and record progress towards goals
- Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to provide comprehensive support
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Current CPR certification
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for making a difference in people's lives
Skills
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
