About the role

Step It Up ABA is a new Behavioral Health Care Agency providing in-home and school-based ABA therapy. Established by an active member of the United States Chaplain Corps, our goal is to improve the immediate and future lives of our clients and their families.

We are a mission‑driven practice focused on improving the quality of life for children with ASD and their families. We offer flexible hours and the ability to work with the team to develop a schedule that provides work‑life balance. When you join, you will be empowered to make a difference, work with children with autism or other developmental challenges by providing ABA therapy and implementing treatment plans under the direction of an experienced BCBA, receive guidance and support, collect session data electronically, and be trained and supported by a team invested in your personal and professional growth. Schedule

Monday to Friday: 5:00‑8:00; Saturday: five hours. Flexible time.

Responsibilities

• Implement the treatment plan developed by your supervising BCBA
• Collect and record data daily
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Communicate with caregiver(s) in a professional manner
