About the role

Step It Up ABA is a new Behavioral Health Care Agency providing in-home and school-based ABA therapy. We are a mission-driven practice focused on improving the quality of life for children with ASD and their families. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work with children and adolescents who have autism or other developmental challenges by providing ABA therapy and implementing their treatment plan under the direction of an experienced BCBA. You will be empowered to make a meaningful impact while receiving guidance and support from your dedicated BCBA and a team invested in your personal and professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Implement the treatment plan developed by your supervising BCBA
• Collect and record data daily
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Communicate with caregiver(s) in a professional manner

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM (flexible hours available to support work-life balance)
