About the role
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized ABA therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Join a mission-driven team committed to meaningful progress using evidence-based approaches like Discrete Trial Training (DTT) and Natural Environment Teaching (NET), in settings including homes, schools, and clinics.
Responsibilities
- Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy focusing on communication, social, and daily living skills
- Collect data and track progress to inform treatment plans
- Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and team members
- Ensure a safe, engaging environment for client success
- Help children reach their full potential with compassion and consistency
Requirements
- RBT certified
- Experience with children and passion for supporting those with ASD
- Physical ability to participate in active play and therapeutic activities
- Must pass background check and have reliable transportation
