Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

About the role

We are seeking caring, reliable, and energetic Certified RBTs who love working with children and families. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy using treatment plans designed by experienced BCBAs, helping children build real-life skills and confidence.

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging, one-on-one ABA therapy in home and community settings
• Follow individualized behavior plans created by a BCBA
• Collect session data using simple tools (we train you!)
• Collaborate with families and your supervising BCBA
• Bring positivity, patience, and encouragement to every session

Requirements

• Current, active RBT certification (required)
• Experience working with children (ABA experience is a plus)
• Dependable, compassionate, and eager to learn
• Reliable transportation and consistent availability
