About the role
Rush Kids Peditatric Therapy is seeking a Full Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join their pediatric team in Crystal Lake, IL.
Responsibilities
- Work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)/Case Manager
- Provide 1:1 support to children with an autism diagnosis
- Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs and behavior intervention plans directed and supervised by a BCBA
- Collect, record, and document data based on observable patient behavior
- Communicate patient progress to parents and team members
- Some travel may be required
Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or GED
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- CPR certification

- $18.00 - $22.00 /hr (pending experience)
