What You Will Do
- Work with clients in the clinic, school, and home-based settings.
- Implement behavior analytic services under the supervision of a BCBA or BCaBA.
- Collect and maintain appropriate behavior data.
Requirements
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Have a current State Driver’s License and Insurance.
- Ability to work with children and families from diverse backgrounds.
Skills
- Passion for working with youth and families.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Benefits
- Starting pay at $21 per hour.
- Sign-on bonus of $500.00 for RBTs, split into two payments: $250 at 3 months, $250 at 6 months.
- Training provided for RBT licensure through Nevada if not already certified.
Pay
- $21 per hour for RBTs.
- $15 per hour for RBT trainees.
Schedule
- Variable hours based on program needs.
- Monday - Friday, 9am to 5pm.
