Registered Behavior Technician - RBT
Pay
- Starting at $21 an hour.
- Sign-on bonus $500.00 for RBTs ($250 at 3 months, $250 at 6 months).
Qualifications
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Must possess a current State Driver’s License and Insurance.
- Ability to work with children and families with diverse backgrounds, ethnicities, cultures, and economic statuses.
- RBT Licensure (If not certified, training will be provided for certification)
- Pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
- Pass a search of the child abuse central registry.
Responsibilities
As a Registered Behavior Technician you will be required to work with clients in the clinic, school, and home-based settings. RBTs will work directly with clients to implement behavior analytic services and collect and maintain appropriate behavior data under the close supervision of the BCBA and/or BCaBA.

Benefits
Training will be provided to obtain RBT licensure through Nevada if not already certified. The hourly rate for an RBT trainee is $15. You will be responsible for paying the online RBT training course, however the cost of the certification exam is eligible for reimbursement.
