About the Role

Perfect Pair ABA is hiring a compassionate and dependable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized ABA therapy to children with autism throughout the Liberty, NC area. You'll receive ongoing support from experienced BCBAs while making a meaningful difference in the lives of local families.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver individualized ABA therapy based on treatment plans created by a BCBA.
  • Work one-on-one with children in their homes and community environments.
  • Teach communication, social, play, and daily living skills.
  • Implement behavior reduction strategies with consistency and compassion.
  • Collect accurate session data and complete required documentation.
  • Partner with parents and caregivers to support client progress.
  • Attend supervision meetings and participate in ongoing training.

Requirements

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB or willingness to complete certification.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to travel to client homes in the Stafford area.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
