Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA programs 1:1 with children and young adults on the autism spectrum.
• Collect and document session data accurately.
• Build genuine, trusting relationships with clients and families.
• Collaborate closely with your supervising BCBA.

Requirements

• Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain — we’ll support you).
• Reliable transportation and a valid Texas driver’s license.
• A genuine passion for working with individuals on the autism spectrum.
• Patience, heart, and consistency.
