New Dawn ABA is seeking compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) / Behavior Technicians / ABA Therapists to join our growing team. We provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), helping them develop meaningful life skills. Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Teach and reinforce communication, social, and behavioral skills
• Collect and record data to track progress (training provided)
• Participate in supervision sessions and team meetings
• Work collaboratively with your BCBA and therapy team

Requirements

• RBT Certification (Required)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable

Qualifications

• Experience working with children (Preferred)
• Experience as a Behavior Technician, ABA Therapist, or RBT (Preferred)

Pay

$22.00 – $32.00 per hour
