Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

At Move Up ABA, we’re on a mission to improve lives one family at a time. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) you will deliver evidence‑based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and families, working within a supportive and dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy protocols under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families.
• Monitor and record client progress, providing data‑driven feedback to the BCBA.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to case conceptualization and treatment planning.
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment environment, adhering to Move Up ABA’s highest standards of care.

Requirements

• Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or post‑secondary education preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in ABA or a related field.
• Ability to work a part‑time schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay

Competitive hourly rate: $28–$34 per hour.
