  • Where: Sessions take place in the child’s home, community, or school
  • What You’ll Earn: $21.00 - $33.00 per hour, depending on your experience and certifications

Day in the life as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

You’ll engage in rewarding healthcare work, implementing behavior plans, collecting data, and supporting clients' skill development. You’ll collaborate with caregivers as a team to address clients' needs and maintain accurate documentation, all while demonstrating empathy and patience. This role involves supporting clients through various activities, including potty training and managing mild to moderate behaviors.

Are You the Perfect Fit?

  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
  • Patient, compassionate, and driven to help autistic children achieve their individualized goals
  • Experience flexing your approach with children through connection and engagement
  • Capable of working independently and thriving in a feedback-driven environment
  • Able to commit to scheduled sessions and locations consistently for a minimum of six months post-placement
  • Completion or proof of completion of the 40-Hour RBT course (or ability to complete this training and take the exam within 60 days of hire)
