Mindful Sprouts is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTS) in Boynton Beach, FL. This role involves delivering personalized ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings. As an RBT, you'll implement behavior plans, collect data, and communicate with families and caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Provide Applied Behavior Analysis intervention to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and/or related exceptionalities.
• Implement behavior plans as directed by a supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and display data according to policies and procedures.
• Update the client's program as instructed by the BCBA.
• Implement behavioral procedures for maladaptive child behaviors as directed or outlined in the client's program.
• Maintain records in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Notify management of emergencies, significant incidents, suspected abuse, neglect, or exploitation, and changes in client status.
• Arrive to appointments, meetings, trainings, etc., at the scheduled time.
• Return phone calls, emails, and other correspondence promptly.
• Treat all clients, customers, co-workers, and others with professionalism, respect, and cultural sensitivity.
• Follow all clinical and administrative policies and procedures.
• Perform related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Preferred bachelor's degree in special education, early childhood education, speech/language disorders, psychology, or related field.
• Satisfactorily completed a minimum 40-hour RBT certification course from an accredited institution.
• 1 year experience working with children.
• Proficient in English. Bilingual (Spanish or Portuguese/English) preferred.
• Dependable and passionate about helping children and adolescents.
• Valid driver's license and car insurance. Ability to get to and from appointments.
• Successfully passed criminal background screening.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
