Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
About the role
We’re growing and partnering with Riverside Healthcare to bring our child-focused services to the Bradley/Kankakee area. Our clinic is located at The Atrium on Kennedy Drive, designed to support kids across the autism spectrum. We need passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to help us grow.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate new skill acquisition through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques
- Redirect undesired behaviors with evidence-based interventions
- Collaborate daily with your BCBA and lead therapist to implement effective care plans
- Complete daily session documentation in a timely and ethical manner
- Execute individualized programming as outlined by your supervising BCBA
Qualifications
- Active RBT Certification required via certification on the BACB registry, or in a place where you're ready to complete your credentialing through us
- 1–2 years of pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and a passion for working with children
- Ability to work independently on a collaborative team
