About the role

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is a crucial role at LittleStar ABA Therapy. Our mission is to inspire, serve, and guide individuals touched by autism towards a better reality.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized programs for patients as directed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA).
• Use Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to teach new skills to patients.
• Provide support in various settings such as therapy centers, homes, schools, workplaces, and community-based environments.
• Work closely with patients, families, and other staff members.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and maintain RBT certification.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and a clean driving record.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and engage in physical activities.
• RBT certification, attainable within the orientation/training period.

Pay and Schedule

• Starting pay of $19/hour.
• Up to $500 in bonuses the first year.
