About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team at Kids Club ABA - VA in LaGrange, Georgia.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Implement behavior intervention plans and collect data on client progress.
- Assist in developing and maintaining individualized treatment and behavior plans.
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency in implementing behavior strategies.
- Document client progress and maintain accurate medical records.
- Support clients in activities of daily living (ADLs) and social interactions.
Requirements
- Prior experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities.
- Familiarity with applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
- Ability to work effectively with children and adolescents.
- Experience in special education or behavioral health settings is a plus.
- Knowledge of medical documentation, care plans, and patient care practices.
