Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor behavioral interventions and strategies to help children with autism and other developmental disabilities acquire new skills and behaviors
- Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to develop and modify treatment plans, ensuring seamless communication and effective delivery of ABA services
- Provide one-on-one instruction and support to children in various settings, including home, school, and clinic environments
- Collect and record data on child behavior and progress, using this information to inform treatment decisions and adjust interventions as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely records of client progress, including data collection, session notes, and billing information
