What You'll Do
- Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in the child's home, guided by a BCBA's individualized treatment plan
- Collect accurate session data and track client progress
- Communicate consistently with families and caregivers
- Participate in ongoing supervision and professional development
What You Need
- Active RBT certification (required)
- Reliable transportation to Hanover, MD
- Experience working with children, ASD a plus
- Average afternoon/after-school availability preferred
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's in psychology, education, or related field preferred (not required for certified RBTs)
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
