Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in their homes
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect data and track client progress
• Collaborate with families and caregivers
• Participate in ongoing supervision and professional development

Requirements

• Active RBT certification (required)
• Experience working with children, preferably with ASD
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in home-based settings
• Reliable transportation
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred — but not required for certified RBTs

Pay

$28–$35/hour (as indicated in the posting title). $25.00 - $32.00 per hour (based on experience).

Schedule

Afternoon and after-school cases available; 20–40 hours per week; Monday–Friday schedule (some weekend opportunities available). Preference for afterschool hours.
