Pay

$22–$30 hourly, based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care by implementing personalized ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Provide behavioral interventions to children with ASD at home.
• Implement ABA therapy techniques and monitor/document progress.
• Communicate updates to families and caregivers.
• Collaborate with professionals to create and implement treatment plans.
• Maintain a supportive environment for the child and family.

Requirements

• Current RBT certification.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience working with children diagnosed with ASD.

Preferred Skills

• CPR certification (a plus for safety readiness).
• Spanish-speaking ability (helps connect with diverse families).
• Strong passion for innovation, collaboration, and meaningful impact.
