About the Role
Jade ABA Therapy is seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care by implementing personalized ABA strategies under BCBA supervision. This role involves helping clients build essential skills and make meaningful progress while working within a supportive, collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities
- Providing behavioral interventions to children with ASD at home
- Implementing ABA therapy techniques
- Monitoring and documenting progress, communicating updates to families and caregivers
- Collaborating with professionals to create and implement treatment plans
- Maintaining a supportive environment for the child and family
Qualifications
- Current RBT certification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Experience working with children diagnosed with ASD
Preferred Skills
- CPR certification
- Spanish-speaking ability
- Strong passion for innovation, collaboration, and making a meaningful impact
Pay
$20–$25 per hour, based on experience
Schedule
Monday to Friday (preferably afternoons), Weekends as needed
