Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in their homes
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect data and track client progress
• Collaborate with families and caregivers
• Participate in ongoing supervision and professional development

Requirements

• Active RBT certification (required)
• Experience working with children, preferably with ASD
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in home-based settings
• Reliable transportation

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred — but not required for certified RBTs.

Pay

The posting advertises a pay range of $28–$35/hour, with the detailed compensation listed as $25.00 - $32.00 per hour (based on experience).

Schedule

• Preference for afterschool hours
• Afternoon and after‑school cases available
• 20–40 hours per week
• Monday–Friday schedule (some weekend opportunities available)
